This privacy policy tells you what data I collect, why I do it and how I handle it.

2. What data do I collect?

Contact form

When you contact me through the form on the website, I collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The subject of your message
  • Your message

I will use this data to answer your question.

3. Hosting

My website runs on Namecheap servers in the United States (Phoenix, Arizona). This means that your data is stored outside Europe. Namecheap has good security measures in place.

4. What do I use your data for?

  • To answer your questions
  • For building and maintaining your website (if you are a customer)
  • To keep you informed during the project

5. How long do I keep your data?

  • Contact form: 1 year (unless you become a customer)
  • Customer details: During the project + 7 years (required by law for administration)
  • Emails: 2 years

After this period, I delete your data unless I need to keep it longer for tax purposes.

6. Do I share your data with others?

I never sell your data. I only share data with:

  • Namecheap - for hosting the website

7. How do I secure your data?

I take security seriously:

  • HTTPS connection (the lock in your browser)
  • Secure servers with regular updates
  • Daily backups
  • Only I have access to your data

8. What are your rights?

You can always:

  • Asking what data I have on you
  • Getting your data corrected if it is incorrect
  • Getting your data deleted (unless I have to keep it by law)
  • Objecting to the use of your data
  • Requesting a copy of your data

10. Automated decisions

I don't make automatic decisions about you through computers or algorithms.

11. Children

My website is not intended for children under 16. Do you think I have a child's data unintentionally? Please let me know and I will delete them immediately.

I may update this privacy policy. The latest version is always on this page.
